Terms & Conditions
1. Once the order is successfully placed, change of product, model and color are not accepted and no refund or order cancellation will be given for any reason.
2. Pick up location and delivery method cannot be changed after order is placed.
3. When you have selected 'Store Pickup' at checkout, and have completed payment and received the confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 working days in general.
4. Shipping confirmation email contains the expected arrival date and time of your order to your designated pickup store and the address of selected store. The expected delivery date and time is only for reference. If there is any delay in delivery, please wait patiently or contact customer services officer (Tel: + 852 2765 9667 / WhatsApp: 852 6079 1997 (http://wa.me/85260791997) / email: eshop@plc.com.hk). No compensation will be offered by The PLC Group due to the delay in delivery.
5. The Customer shall present the shipping confirmation email at the selected pick-up location for order pick-up.
6. If the contact information (e.g. contact number) is incorrect or not complete, resulting in the failure to contact, The PLC Group shall not be liable for any loss, extra charges, delay, or unsuccessful store pickup.
7. Please be careful in storing the shipping confirmation email prior to picking up the item(s) purchased. The PLC Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by or incidental to the loss or disclosure of the shipping confirmation email by customers to any third party.
8. Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen settings, and all are subject to actual products.
9. To provide a better customer service experience, certain products will be un-boxed for checking and activated when the customer arrives at the designed store for pickup.
10. Upon the customer acknowledge receipt of the Product and sign off the delivery note, the Products shall be deemed to be correct and of satisfactory quality.
11. If your selected store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the product in the same store on the next day when the store is opened.
12. Orders must be picked up from the designated store within 7 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel / discard the order. The product, payment and any service charges paid by the customer will not be refundable.
13. The prices listed in our website may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our website as at the date of purchase.
